Check out my favorite apps for email marketing, project management & online payments
Hello, and welcome to the newsletter.
Year-end is a good time to take stock of your software. What's working for you and what's not? I'm featuring some of my favorite apps that help me run my business efficiently.
How to choose between apps? Consider your work style
preferences, budget, and how the software integrates with other software you use. Feel free to contact me if you'd like to discuss your business software needs.

Copper is my go-to app for Customer Relationship Management (CRM). What's great about Copper is that it integrates with Gmail and other Google apps on Google Workplace. Using Copper eliminates data entry, repetitive admin
tasks, or complicated tools. It logs all your emails and other interactions to the right contact. You can also see your sales and relationship essentials, from email threads to past interactions to tasks, all in one place.
My email marketing is powered by Aweber. It provides world-class email deliverability, which is very important. Also, the list management is intuitive. Aweber gives access to all of its features from day one, no matter how many contacts you have, unlike some other leading email providers. I recommend Aweber because its ease of use is a big time-saver.
Free to start. The Pro plan starts at $16.15/mo/paid annually. The price of plans depends on the number of email contacts.
ClickUp has proven to be a time-saver on my task, time, and project management. You can break down work with assignments, and subtasks, link tasks to other items with Relationships, and have docs and goals all in one place. Bring your favorite tools together with over 1,000 integrations; sync your team calendars, messaging apps, cloud storage, and
more.
Free for personal use. Business plans start at $5/mo, paid annually.
Bill.com allows me to track and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) in one place. It reduces errors and increases efficiency by using artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning. I save time because it integrates with QuickBooks Online. It also integrates with QuickBooks Pro/Premier and Xero.
I recommend QuickBooks Online for small business owners. More than accounting software, QuickBooks Online helps you track income and expenses and stay ready for taxes. QuickBooks Online saves time for you or your accountant to prepare your monthly profit and loss statement and tax returns.
30-Day free trial. Paid plans start at $30/mo. Check for special offers at a lower cost.
