Hello, and welcome to my Monthly Newsletter!

Today I'm highlighting 3 leading AI chatbot apps for small business owners and marketers. If you didn't know already, innovations in AI chatbots are happening rapidly.

They are changing the landscape for marketing and sales functions, product development, customer care, and back-office support.

So how do these apps work? All you need to do is enter text or an image into the chatbot. Then the app will return text or images in response.

The information you submit to the chatbot is called a "prompt." It can take some practice to write prompts that deliver the best output from the chatbot.

Before you get started using the Chatbots below please keep in mind there are some limitations:

You need to check the accuracy of the results generated by an AI Chatbot because they can sometimes be prone to misinformation.
Some Chatbots do not retrieve information that is up to date.
You'll want to rewrite any copy generated to reflect your brand voice, add personalization and empathy due to chatbots lack of emotion.

ChatGPT generates content quickly and efficiently for blog posts, social media, articles, presentations, and outlines for courses. Use it to analyze market data and trends.

GPTs can automate routine tasks and streamline operations. You can create GPTs that combine instructions, extra knowledge, and any combination of skills to increase productivity.

Google's Gemini (formerly Bard)

Get help with writing, planning, learning, and more from Google AI. For business applications, Gemini is primarily useful for customer service, lead generation, content creation, and marketing personalization.

You'll also get access to Gemini in Gmail and Google Docs. Gemini Advanced is a paid version designed for highly complex tasks.

Microsoft Copilot (formerly called Bing Chat)

Copilot integrates with Microsoft 365. Microsoft claims, "Now, you can be more creative in Word, more analytical in Excel, more expressive in PowerPoint, more productive in Outlook and more collaborative in Teams."

You can also give natural language prompts using Business Chat, which integrates with your calendar, emails, chats, documents, meetings, and contacts using the Microsoft 365 apps and your data to get status updates.

Also, give Copilot the description of an image, and the Chatbot will generate four images for you to choose from. With Copilot Pro, you get better quality image generation using DALL-E 3.

Copilot Pro gives access to OpenAI's GPT-4 Turbo.
